Returns Policy
1. Returns
1.1 Luipardal has a 30-day Returns policy. We are unable to refund or exchange purchases if 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
1.2 If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we request that you inform us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will replace it. The company reserves the right to request photographs of a damaged product to determine the cause of the issue and notify the production team.
1.3 An item must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Packaging must also be in original condition. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
1.4 The customer may receive only partial, full refunds or no refund in such circumstances as below (but not limited to these only):-
· An item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error, it is not in its original condition, and it is not in its original condition.
· after returning it more than 30 days after receipt.
· A customer is not satisfied with the product outlook.
· The customer ordered the wrong item.
· Luipardal is responsible for the error.
1.5 Customers who wish to return an item due to an error on their part will be responsible for paying 20% of the Invoice Value to cover manufacturing & administration costs.
2. Refund
2.1 When we receive your return and inspect it, we will acknowledge receipt by email if your refund is approved or denied, we will also inform you by email.
2.2 Once your refund is approved, your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited within a certain period. All bank charges associated with any refund request must be paid by the customer.
2.3 Cash refunds are made within 7 days of purchase. Items purchased with cash may only be refunded in cash. Cash refunds are only available for purchases under 500 USD. A credit will be issued in the customer's Luipardal account on anything over 500 or a direct bank transfer is available subject to the terms of this return policy.
3. Sale items
We are unable to refund sale items. Only regular-price items are eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@luipardal.co.zw,sales2@luipardal.co.zw or marketing@luipardal.co.zw and send your item to Bay 21, Luipardal, Harrow Business Park, Cnr Harrow Road & Martin Drive.
5. Shipping
If you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. If an item must be returned because of an error made by Luipardal, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Luipardal.
6. Return of expired products
When returning expired products, we require a goods return voucher which states the product description, reasons for the return and the value of the products returned. A credit note is then issued for the returned products.
