1. Returns
1.1 Return Period
Luipardal offers a 30-day returns policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
1.2 Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement. Luipardal reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the damaged product to assess the issue and provide feedback to our production team.
1.3 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
1.4 Partial, Full, or No Refunds
Refunds may be partial, full, or denied in the following cases (but not limited to these):
The item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by Luipardal.
The return request is made after 30 days from the date of receipt.
The customer is dissatisfied with the product’s appearance rather than its functionality.
The customer ordered the wrong item.
The return is due to an error on Luipardal’s part (full refund or replacement will apply).
1.5 Returns Due to Customer Error
Customers returning items due to ordering errors will be charged 20% of the invoice value to cover manufacturing and administrative costs.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund.
2.2 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a set processing period.
Any bank charges associated with refunds will be covered by the customer.
2.3 Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are processed within 7 days of purchase.
Cash refunds are only available for transactions under USD 500.
Purchases exceeding USD 500 will be refunded via a credit note to the customer’s Luipardal account or via bank transfer (subject to return policy terms).
3. Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at:
